To ensure that we have a smooth, enjoyable and well-organised evening, we request everyone to kindly take note of the following rules and instructions:
Membership & Booklets
- Members must carry their valid Member ID cards to purchase their booklets.
- If you do not have your Member ID card, a Guest Fee of ₹100 will be applicable. So, please remember to carry your ID card with you.
- Booklets/tickets can be purchased ONLY through cash payment. No online payments will be accepted.
What to Bring
Please don’t forget to carry your lucky pens, felt pens or markers!
Children
Please note that children below 12 years will not be permitted to be around or participate in the event.
Timings
- Please arrive early and be seated by 4:45 PM.
- The game will begin sharp at 5:00 PM.
- Hi-tea service will stop at 4:45 PM.
Seating
Please do not block or reserve chairs/tables for latecomers.
Seating will be strictly on a first-come, first-served basis.
